  3. Hi Des, I’ve just tried the link myself and it works for me. The download should open a new browser window or tab and contain a zip file.

  4. hannah. I tried a couple of times again. Same result the window appears and then disappears. I’m using Firefox but I don’t think that should make a difference. I even disabled my internet security, no difference.

  5. I just found that the download is so quick that the window and the download appears for about a 1/4 sec. It downloads auto and does not give you any options where to save it. Now that’s sorted I will give it a try. Thanks for the info.
